How do i check my order status?
To check your order status you need to enter your #TrackOrderID that was gave to you via email and put it on www.17track.net
Then you can see where your order is and which is the best time estimation to have it in your destination!
Return policy
If the product do not correspond to what you were expecting, there is no problem! We have deals with the major transporters in the world, and we can ensure the return of the product and the return of your money (transportation fees are supported by the consumer only if the consumer do not have intention to still being our client). To do that you only need to write an email to skincarereturns@hotmail.com, describe the intention (change to another product or give up from the order) and give to us the date and local of the return.
Do you have a physical store in US?
For now we do not have any physical store, but it is our intention to open at least 2 (Michigan and Chicago, just for now) at the end of 2021!
